A new Rainbow Roundup committee will convene this fall and Online Registration should be available in January of 2026.

Friday, May 17th
While registration will be open on Friday at 3pm for all who have pre-registered or those who would like to purchase tickets on the spot, there will be no place to gather until later in the evening. Explore the hotel grounds and amenities at your own discretion. The Roundup will officially open at 7:45-ish pm, with our first Speaker Meeting at 8pm. Enjoy complimentary sandwiches and other little delights after.
Saturday, May 16th
Saturday 8am-9am is reserved for you to mingle and visit; our first panel will begin at 9am. You'll have the opportunity to hear many panels throughout the day, ending at 5pm. Join us for a fabulous Banquet at 6pm, followed by a Sobriety Countdown. We welcome our Banquet Speaker at 8pm. If after all that you still have energy left, get out your dancing shoes and hit the dance floor from 9pm until midnight or so.
Sunday, May 17th
Doors will open again on Sunday morning at 9am with plenty of time to socialize (and enjoy complimentary doughnuts and muffins!) before our last panel at 10:30am. We will close the Roundup and bid you farewell for another year at 11:30am.
